We confirm your booking by issuing a confirmation invoice once you've agreed to our terms and completed the booking process. Your travel documents follow electronically once full payment has cleared.

Deposits start from £100 per person and are payable at the time of booking. Your remaining balance is due eight weeks before departure. We take all major credit and debit cards.

Changes and cancellations are possible, though fees apply in both cases. Amendment fees start at £35, and cancellation charges increase the closer you get to your travel date. Some discounted tickets cannot be changed or refunded at all. Always check your ticket conditions first.

Yes—we're ATOL protected (licence 7381) and ABTA members (Y 6355). Gives you strong financial protection. If something went wrong on our end or with a supplier, you'd be entitled to either a replacement holiday or a full refund.

When you book, we gather the information needed to run your trip smoothly – We collect details including your name, passport information, contact details, and payment information. This is used solely to manage your booking, liaise with airlines and hotels, and keep you updated on any travel changes.

Yes — if you're unable to travel, your package holiday booking can be transferred to another person. A £100 per person admin fee applies along with any costs we incur in arranging it.
